1 Refund Policy
Smukiez does not offer refunds under normal circumstances

All sales are final
Refunds are only granted at the owner’s discretion
A refund may be considered if:
The package arrives severely damaged

The product is defective upon arrival

The order never arrives and the customer provides proof through tracking or carrier documentation
Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed case by case
2 Damaged or Missing Packages
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged you must provide clear and legible photo or video evidence of:
The shipping label

The packaging inside and outside

The damaged item

Packages Marked Delivered
Smukiez is not responsible for:
Packages marked Delivered by the carrier

Stolen packages

Deliveries sent to the wrong address due to customer error
If the carrier confirms the package was delivered we cannot replace or refund the order
Packages That Do Not Arrive
If tracking shows the package is lost stuck or not moving you must provide carrier confirmation or a screenshot showing the issue

If valid we may send a replacement depending on stock availability

7–14 days to arrive within the United States

International shipping times vary depending on customs
Holiday periods or high volume drops may extend processing times

Because drops are limited and high demand all items are final sale unless damaged or defective upon arrival
